During his time at Pioneer House, Tomas embraced numerous opportunities to explore different career paths. One notable experience was his participation in the Accessing the Community and Work Experience Programme, where he had the chance to interview Security Staff at Manchester Airport. Through this programme, Tomas sharpened his key skills in communication, teamwork, and setting high standards for himself — skills that have proven invaluable as he now embarks on his Level 1 Course in Animal Care at The Manchester College.

At Pioneer House our curriculum has a clear focus on preparing our young people for adulthood and the world of work.
